Data collected
The quote form may collect a first name, a last name, an optional company, an email address, an optional phone number, a service type, an optional budget, an optional timeline, a project description and an optional attachment.
The contact form may collect a name, an email address, an optional phone number, a subject and a message.
Both forms record the language of the page and require consent to process the request. The site does not ask for an account from visitors.
Purposes and bases
Requests are used to read the message, reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps taken at the person’s request before a possible contract, together with the consent given by the required checkbox.
The administration area stores staff credentials. Passwords are hashed and are not kept in clear text.
Recipients
Data is available to the people who administer the site. If an email service is configured, the data needed to send the notification is also processed by that provider. No advertising network is used by the default installation. Data is not sold.
Retention
Requests are kept while they are being handled and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the time that relationship and the related legal obligations require. If there is no follow-up, they should be deleted or archived within three years. This period can be changed in the company’s own retention rules. A person may also ask for erasure when the law allows it.
Rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You can also withdraw consent for future messages. To exercise these rights, use the contact details published on the site. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the company’s country of establishment, or with the authority of your own country of residence.
Transfers and security
If the chosen email or hosting provider stores data outside your country, that transfer must be covered by an appropriate safeguard. Access to the administration area is limited to authenticated administrators. Attachments sent with a quote are not published on the website.
